Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love our clothing as much as we do!
If you are unhappy about your purchase for any reason, please contact me within 5 days of receiving your order. I will be happy to work with you if there is a problem.



    Returns and exchanges are available on most purchases.  
    Selected promotions may state final sale on our website and/or in our advertising.  Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
    All Items must be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receipt of your purchase.
    Any and all items that have been laundered or altered in any way cannot be accepted for exchange or credit.
    Buyers are responsible for return shipping cost.
    We are not liable for lost packages without tracking.


    Once the returned item is received, verified and processed  the original purchase price of your returned item(s) will be credited back to your original form of payment.  Allow approximately two weeks for processing. Shipping charges will not be refunded.


    Exchange only applies to items where the same style originally purchased is being exchanged for a different size.
    Buyers are responsible for return shipping cost. Please review sizing chart before ordering.


    Steps to Return or Exchange an Item

    2. Remember to indicate the style, color, and size of your replacement item(s).
    3. Send us the clothing in a padded envelope of flat rate box.
    4. Affix our prepaid return label to the package, making sure no other tracking labels are showing.
    5. Please make note of the tracking number on the return label and keep it for your records.
      Once the returned item is received, we will immediately process a new order for your exchange, and ship it to you with no additional shipping charge.  Allow approximately two weeks for processing.
